Windows media player is not working in windows 10?

Some of the command to be used to solve this Windows Media Player "Program Stopped Working" for Windows 10:

Cmd:
 Msdt.exe –id windowsmediaplayerconfigurationDiagnosti-c
·        You have to copy and paste that to the run command or search bar.


·        Click on the run command it shows a settings.

Step 1: uninstall windows media player

  •       Now Double click ion media features to expand.
  •    Uncheck “windows media player” to uninstall it.

  •        Click ok
Step 2: Reinstall windows media player
  •         Go to Start menu.
  •       You have to select the control panel.
  •         To click the option on the programs in the category.
  •         To click the programs and features.
  •         Now you have seen the option called to turn windows features on or off
  •         Now Double click ion media features to expand.
  •         Check “windows media player” to reinstall it.

  •         Click ok

Restart your computer:
  •      You are going to restart your windows 10.
  •      You are done now your media player is fine it is back to normal to watch it.
